Our Microsoft-certified solutions are designed to streamline customer interactions. We are looking for an ambitious and energetic personality to join our dynamic sales team in New York City as soon as possible. (Hybrid work is a given)

Your Responsibilities
  1. Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and relationship-building activities.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for new prospects, managing all aspects of the sales cycle, from initial opportunity generation to closing.
  3. Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve or exceed new business acquisition targets.
  4. Showcase our solution through storytelling and demos.
  5. Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools, such as Salesforce.
  6. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies, including lead prioritization and pipeline management.
  7. Develop a deep understanding of our Nimbus CCaaS solution and the target market, including industry, competitors, and challenges.
  8. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM and provide regular reports on pipeline progress and forecasts.
  9. Collaborate with existing partners to generate opportunities and win new business.
  10. Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
  11. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  12. 3-5 years of relevant sales experience within the IT industry, with a focus on SaaS preferred.
  13. A strong record in selling UCaaS/CCaaS solutions, particularly in the Microsoft Teams ecosystem, is a significant advantage.
  14. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales targets in the enterprise space.
  15. Ability to self-generate new opportunities.
  16. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and effective storytelling.
  17. Proven ability to close complex enterprise deals managing multiple stakeholders.
  18. Skilled in creative and critical thinking, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making.
  19. Team player with a positive and results-driven attitude.
