We are looking for an ambitious and energetic personality to join our dynamic sales team in New York City as soon as possible. (Hybrid work is a given)
Your Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and relationship-building activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new prospects, managing all aspects of the sales cycle, from initial opportunity generation to closing.
- Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve or exceed new business acquisition targets.
- Showcase our solution through storytelling and demos.
- Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools, such as Salesforce.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies, including lead prioritization and pipeline management.
- Develop a deep understanding of our Nimbus CCaaS solution and the target market, including industry, competitors, and challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM and provide regular reports on pipeline progress and forecasts.
- Collaborate with existing partners to generate opportunities and win new business.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant sales experience within the IT industry, with a focus on SaaS preferred.
- A strong record in selling UCaaS/CCaaS solutions, particularly in the Microsoft Teams ecosystem, is a significant advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales targets in the enterprise space.
- Ability to self-generate new opportunities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and effective storytelling.
- Proven ability to close complex enterprise deals managing multiple stakeholders.
- Skilled in creative and critical thinking, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making.
- Team player with a positive and results-driven attitude.
