Account Executive, Third Party Distribution
Fully Remote Remote Worker - N/A

Full-time

Description

The purpose of this position is to serve as the Account Executive, Third Party Distribution for the Philanthropic Services and Technology team. This includes building relationships with financial advisors and RIAs, banks and broker-dealers, and nonprofits and foundations; bringing our Donor Advised Fund, private foundation, and philanthropic advisory capabilities to market; and supporting existing clients while growing a book of business alongside senior sales leadership. An ideal candidate for this role is motivated, growth-oriented, and intellectually curious about how structured charitable giving intersects with wealth management, estate planning, and mission-driven work.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales (50%)
  • Develop, support, and execute sales strategies to grow adoption of our philanthropic technology platform — including DAF, private foundation, and advisory solutions — across RIAs, independent advisors, banks, broker-dealers, and nonprofit organizations
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospects through outbound outreach, referral networks, and conference participation
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations, including needs assessments, product demonstrations, and proposal support tailored to each client's giving structure
  • Work with senior sales leadership to advance and close agreements with new distribution partners and institutional clients
  • Consistently meet quarterly and annual activity metrics and revenue targets
Relationship Management (20%)
  • Maintain regular communication with distribution partners and assigned accounts to support engagement and retention
  • Develop a working understanding of each firm and client's philanthropic goals and act as a subject matter expert to provide relevant, ongoing support
  • Assist in conducting business reviews with partners to track platform usage and surface growth opportunities
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
  • Partner with client success and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding experiences for new clients
Education & Market Development (20%)
  • Conduct engaging presentations, webinars, and training sessions covering philanthropic giving vehicles — including DAFs, private foundations, and advisory strategies — for advisors, institutions, and nonprofit stakeholders
  • Articulate the value of our services and technology across multiple use cases in a competitive philanthropic services landscape
  • Develop familiarity with industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive offerings across DAF, private foundation, and philanthropic advisory markets
  • Attend and represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events
  • Partner with marketing to develop sales enablement materials, case studies, and thought leadership content across our solution suite
  • Maintain accurate and current pipeline records in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Provide regular pipeline updates and market feedback to senior leadership
  • Work cross-functionally with product, technology, and compliance teams to relay client needs and inform the product roadmap
