Job Summary
The team is responsible for generating new business revenue monthly and works to achieve these goals on both individual and team levels. Account Executives receive extensive training in Salesforce, sales process management, business development, and more.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of an Account Executive is to build a book of business through:

  • Prospecting and establishing referral partner relationships with professionals from the real estate and mortgage industries.
  • Working with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyzing options with a large carrier portfolio, and providing customized solutions to mitigate household risk.

Compensation Summary
First-year earnings potential ranges from $53,000 to $90,000, depending on performance. Our compensation package includes uncapped new business and renewal commissions. Renewal commissions generate passive income and can significantly increase your annual earnings. Top performers may qualify for an annual President’s Club trip.

Experience and Education
- Passing the state licensing exam upon hiring
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
