Principal Duties and Responsibilities: The primary responsibility of an Account Executive is to build a book of business through:
Compensation Summary: First-year earnings potential ranges from $53,000 to $90,000, depending on performance. Compensation includes uncapped commissions on new business and renewals, with passive renewal income that can significantly increase annual earnings. Top performers may qualify for an annual President’s Club trip.
