Principal Duties and Responsibilities: The primary responsibility of an Account Executive is to build a book of business through:

  • Prospecting and establishing referral partner relationships with professionals in the real estate and mortgage industries.
  • Understanding clients' insurance needs, analyzing options with a broad carrier portfolio, and providing tailored solutions to mitigate household risk.
  • Generating new business revenue monthly and working towards individual and team sales goals. Extensive training in Salesforce.com, sales process management, and business development is provided.

Compensation Summary: First-year earnings potential ranges from $53,000 to $90,000, depending on performance. Compensation includes uncapped commissions on new business and renewals, with passive renewal income that can significantly increase annual earnings. Top performers may qualify for an annual President’s Club trip.
