Their innovative platform simplifies logistics, enhances employee commutes, and makes travel seamless. They are hiring remote Account Executives to expand their salesforce across the U.S.

Job Description:

The Account Executive will drive revenue growth in Texas by identifying, developing, and closing new business with companies relying on shift workers.

  • Prospecting and Engagement: Engage with decision-makers at manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and shift operations through virtual and on-site meetings to understand transportation challenges.
  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Manage deals from $500k to $1M gross revenue with an average cycle of 120 days, from outreach to closing.
  • Building Strategic Client Partnerships: Maintain long-term relationships with clients through support, problem-solving, and ongoing communication to ensure satisfaction and high service utilization.

Requirements:

  • 4-10+ years in B2B enterprise sales, with a proven record of closing large deals ($300k+), understanding sales processes for $500k-$1M+ deals.
  • Ability to understand logistical and operational challenges of shift-based businesses, with experience in Staffing, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Transportation preferred.
  • Self-managed, capable of handling the entire sales process, and consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.

Location: Remote position based in Texas, preferably near Dallas, Houston, or San Antonio, with regional travel (20%).
