We offer comprehensive solutions for core curriculum, supplemental, and intervention programs, supported by professional development services that help teachers use data to inform classroom practices and tailor instruction to individual learning styles.

We are seeking an Account Executive to support sales of our Supplemental, Acceleration, and Assessment products in the Northeast territory, covering Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York (including NYC), Rhode Island, and Vermont. This role involves selling our suite of products such as iLit, SuccessMaker, SIOP, and Words Their Way, building a sales pipeline, and developing relationships with school districts to provide comprehensive Supplemental, RTI, and ELL solutions.

The ideal candidate will leverage their educational background, creativity, strategic thinking, and responsiveness to customer inquiries, RFPs, and program information. The role involves working with various account sizes, with an emphasis on strategic accounts.

Qualified candidates must reside within the supported territory.

Responsibilities
  • Implement strategic sales plans to meet targets
  • Respond to customer questions and follow-up inquiries
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives
  • Understand customer needs and goals to tailor solutions
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Specialists, and Partners to enhance sales performance
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or equivalent experience
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • At least 3 years of sales or classroom teaching experience with K-12 ELL/Intervention students
  • Knowledge of field sales and marketing best practices
  • Understanding of the Intervention and Supplemental markets and competitors
  • Persuasive, goal-oriented, with strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office
Additional Skills
  • Deep understanding of Savvas Supplemental and Intervention programs
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and decision-making influence
