Responsibilities
- Own revenue responsibilities for the employer’s fully and self-insured market, focusing on the 50-200 life segment
- Continue and expand existing fully insured broker partnerships
- Develop foundational infrastructure and processes for tracking fully insured sales and partnership pipeline
- Manage relationships within the partnership ecosystem of benefits brokers, consultants, general agents, and employers
- Present and communicate value propositions to external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Experience in a quota-carrying sales or sales support role
- Strong ability to present and communicate a value proposition to external stakeholders
- Desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment
- Desire to contribute to improving the healthcare system
- Health insurance experience strongly preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with the fully and self-insured market
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
