Job description

Solibri is looking for their first dedicated Account Executive in the Eastern U.S. to help grow the business immediately by identifying and pursuing new logos. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive a significant impact to Solibri’s overall business by leveraging proven sales strategies and tactics to find and close new business, and then work with Customer Success on driving expansion opportunities and discovering new use cases.

You will be part of a technology company that is widely recognized as having best-in-class technology for model checking and BIM quality assurance for over 25 years. With the launch of our newest product and cloud technology, Solibri CheckPoint, you will now have the opportunity to aggressively help promote and sell this exciting new product.

This is a role that requires an energetic and motivated team player who is looking for a new challenge and opportunity to be a major contributor to growing the Solibri business in the U.S. It requires a disciplined sales professional with an entrepreneurial spirit who is driven by the opportunity to put their fingerprints on our next phase of growth. The role will report to the U.S. Country Manager, work closely with Customer Success, and primarily focus on adding new logos.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate your own leads, follow up on marketing leads, and build pipeline to deliver on revenue goals
  • Partner with Country Manager, Marketing, and Customer Success to execute campaigns and sales strategies within territory and within strategic accounts
  • Qualify leads, perform discovery calls, deliver sales presentations, and occasionally conduct high level product demonstrations
  • Quarterback and lead sales opportunities and engagements with internal team
  • Develop, execute, and continuously iterate on a go-to-market plan
  • Attend industry events and tradeshows to network and/or exhibit
  • Communicate customer, market, and competitive feedback to Product and cross-functional teams
  • Be diligent in documenting your activity and forecast in Salesforce
  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, culture, and vision for the future
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of technology sales experience, preferably within the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, or similar
  • Proven experience being able to prospect and self-source leads, convert into opportunities, and close deals
  • Outstanding sales, presentation, and communication skills with a keen ability to listen effectively, ask questions, and focus on customer needs
  • Organized and able to handle a large volume of activity, leads, and opportunities
  • Ability to travel up to 30%, as needed for customer meetings, industry events and conferences

Location: USA, east coast preferred (remote)

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Compensation: The total comp (base + commission) ranges from $150 to $175K with 50/50 split.
