Job Overview

The Account Executive, SMB Team Sales role at T-Mobile is designed for results-driven sales professionals passionate about building customer relationships and bringing T-Mobile's products and services to underserved markets.

This is a hunter role focused on meeting and exceeding sales quotas by acquiring new small and medium-sized business accounts (1-299 employees). You will sell products and solutions through prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and lead generation, analyzing customer needs, and applying solution-based selling techniques to close deals.

Note: Although listed as OH-remote, candidates must reside within the Columbus, OH territory as it is a field sales role.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Lead generation through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  2. Demonstrate T-Mobile’s value by selling wireless solutions, including plans, data services, and accessories.
  3. Negotiate and close deals.
  4. Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management; participate in training and meetings.
  5. Create sales approaches, solutions, and proposals.
  6. Manage sales funnel, report activities, and use sales automation tools.
Education and Work Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • 1+ years of verifiable sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment.
  • Outside B2B sales experience (Preferred)

Additional Details

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $71,800 - $129,400, including incentives. Base Pay Range: $43,080 - $77,640. Actual pay varies based on location, qualifications, and experience. For specific pay ranges, click here.

Employees in sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly incentives.
