What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Execute a comprehensive sales process involving discovery, solution presentation, pricing, negotiation, and closing
- Prospect and book new meetings to generate revenue from nonprofits
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives to identify new business opportunities
- Illustrate the value of the FreeWill platform and analyze data to identify trends
- Manage complex contract negotiations and meet quarterly sales objectives
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 1 year of successful Account Executive experience in a startup SaaS company
- Proven experience in managing prospecting and leading product demos
- Strong negotiation skills and experience with contract signing
- Ability to make strategic decisions based on data analysis
- A smart, tenacious, and kind individual with a growth mindset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience selling to nonprofits
- Familiarity with the nonprofit fundraising landscape
- Demonstrated ability to handle a $500K sales pipeline and close $100K ARR quarterly
