A dynamic tech firm is seeking a SLED Account Executive responsible for driving new business in the North Central territory. This role focuses on building pipeline, managing sales cycles, and collaborating with various teams to achieve success. Ideal candidates have proven SLED sales experience and a hunter mentality. The position offers competitive compensation including uncapped commissions, equity, and a remote-first work culture.
Halcyon is hiring a SLED Account Executive to own the North Central territory (IL, WI, MN, IA, NE, ND, SD). This is a hunter role responsible for building pipeline, running full sales cycles, and closing net-new state, local government, and education logos. You will partner closely with Regional Sales leadership, Sales Engineers, and the Partner/Channel team.
Comp Range: $260,000–$300,000 OTE (mix of base + variable, uncapped commissions)
