As the Chief Customer Outcomes and Services Strategist, you will serve as a pivotal leader, driving the lifecycle of high-value services deals from discovery to closure. This role is inherently exciting because it sits at the intersection of sales strategy, customer success, and technical innovation, allowing you to shape how our most important customers derive long-term value from Cisco solutions. You will be responsible for orchestrating cross-functional teams to create tailored service solutions, influence key economic buyers, and drive sustainable growth across the recurring revenue business. Lead complex, high-value deals and negotiate service terms that align with customer strategic objectives. Oversee accounts within a large or strategically significant region to drive long-term service partnerships and customer satisfaction. Engage executive buyers by connecting technical needs to business implications, effectively recasting decision criteria around measurable outcomes. Utilize advanced data analysis to uncover new opportunities, identify service gaps, and optimize sales forecasting for weekly, monthly, and quarterly commitments. Drive cross-functional collaboration with Account Teams, CX Product Management, and Global Services to execute account planning and lifecycle selling initiatives.

The starting salary range posted for this position is $219,500.00 to $301,900.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation*, equity, or benefits.
Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location, market conditions, job-related skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and/or training.

For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows: .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota; 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%; 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
