What You'll Do with "Our Training and Your Experience"


  • Participate in our Recruit Awesome People program, promoting our colleague-first culture and referring top talent.
  • Account Development: Sell to dedicated accounts, including physical security, cyber, maintenance, managed services, and transformational services to enhance customer lifetime value and profitability.
  • Develop Pipeline: Engage with decision-makers to assess needs, build business cases, and secure opportunities. Aim for a pipeline 3 times the target.
  • Proposal Construction: Lead the team to create compelling proposals with quotes, business cases, and unique qualifications.
  • Present & Close: Present proposals, manage objections, and negotiate to achieve timely go/no-go decisions.
  • Market Focus: Develop opportunities within assigned markets such as global accounts, utilities, finance, healthcare, data centers, government, and education.
  • Collaborate: Work with subject matter experts to craft winning proposals and technical solutions.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
