About The Role…

As an Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and expand our customer base within the USA market. You will play a pivotal role in acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and closing high-value deals in the B2B sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled sales professional with a strong track record in securing clients, managing complex sales processes, and contributing to our growth trajectory.

What You Will Do…

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and using sales tools to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and tailored pitches to prospective clients, demonstrating the value of x-hoppers’ solutions in solving key business challenges.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing, including negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to secure successful deals.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention levels.
  • Work closely with the marketing, sales operations, and product teams to ensure alignment on goals, strategies, and customer feedback.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular updates to management on progress, key deals, and pipeline health.
  • Lead the process of responding to Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP) with tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders across complex organizations and build structured, value-driven solutions that address client requirements.
  • Lead and manage Proof of Concept (POC) deals to demonstrate the value of x-hoppers’ solutions, working closely with prospects to tailor the POC to their specific needs, ultimately proving value and scaling the deal.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.

What You Will Bring…

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally 3-5 years, with a focus on account acquisition and relationship management
  • Experience working on complex, mid-market deals, including the ability to handle RFI, RFP, multi-threaded sales processes, and POC deals.
  • Demonstrated success in managing POC deals to prove the value of a solution and scale the deal within the mid-market segment.
  • A proven ability to negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure high-value agreements.
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and the ability to track and manage sales activities effectively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets with a proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
  • Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments.

  • Experience working in SaaS, retail technology, or telecommunications is highly desirable.
  • A deep understanding of the challenges and trends within the retail industry will be a significant advantage.
  • Experience using a consultative selling methodology to create tailored solutions for clients.

Where You’ll Be Based

This role will be based in the USA. Travel will be required within the USA to attend client meetings, events, and conferences.
