Job description

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Assignar. We are currently looking for an Account Executive in the United States.

This is a high-impact, remote opportunity for a driven sales professional who thrives on outbound strategy, consultative selling, and closing deals with mid to enterprise-level clients. In this role, you will manage a Northeast U.S. territory and travel frequently to engage prospects face-to-face, run demos, and attend key industry events. You'll play a key role in scaling adoption of a fast-growing construction operations platform that's already transforming jobsite performance. This is a collaborative, mission-led environment where your success is recognized and well rewarded.

Accountabilities:

  • Drive outbound sales by identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person outreach
  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close, supported by a Sales Engineer for demos
  • Travel regularly across your territory (Northeast U.S. and parts of Canada) for meetings, drop-ins, and events
  • Build and maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline progress in the CRM
  • Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand prospect pain points and tailor solutions
  • Attend and contribute to in-person industry events and client presentations
  • Participate in a structured onboarding program and ongoing coaching to align with team goals and targets
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Marketing, RevOps, and leadership, to optimize prospecting strategy


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B account executive roles with strong outbound selling skills
  • Proven success in high-volume inside or outside sales with a focus on demand generation and account-based selling
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, remote sales environment
  • Strong presentation and discovery abilities to drive consultative sales
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft/Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo/ZoomInfo, Drift, etc
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and engaging prospects in person across multiple regions
  • Driven, coachable, and excited to contribute to a team-driven, growth-oriented culture
