About the Role

Responsible for the sales of professional online staff and student safety & regulatory compliance solutions tailored exclusively to the education industry. Ensure territory growth and profitability by developing strong relationships with key K-12 decision makers. Plan and execute strategies in territory planning, prospecting, relationship development, pricing, presentation, negotiations, forecasting, and closing sales with prospects and clients.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan within a specified territory.
  2. Meet or exceed revenue targets quarterly and annually.
  3. Build and grow a robust sales pipeline through prospecting.
  4. Develop relationships with key decision makers.
  5. Conduct sales presentations, site visits, and product demos in person and online.
  6. Sell consultatively, recommending solutions to business issues.
  7. Demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge.
  8. Provide regular and accurate sales forecasts.
  9. Travel as needed to meet goals.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree.
  • 5+ years of exceeding quota in field sales.
  • Experience selling B2B SaaS solutions preferred.
  • Experience in K-12 sales is a plus.
