The Snowflake Public Sector team is growing! We're currently looking for a high-achieving Account Executive who possesses in-depth knowledge of the Federal Civilian market, ideally with experience calling on the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

In this role, you'll leverage your prospecting skills to strategically target and acquire new customers while expanding existing accounts. You'll own the entire sales cycle, from identifying opportunities and building relationships to closing deals that meet both customer needs and company objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the assigned Federal Civilian, HHS sales territory, leveraging domain expertise to drive growth and adoption.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • Deliver accurate and timely sales activity reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Consistently exceed sales targets within the Federal Civilian market.
  • Leverage domain expertise to identify and address unique challenges within the Federal Civilian, HHS landscape, tailoring solutions for maximum impact.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years of experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in both new customer acquisition and expanding existing accounts within the Federal Civilian market. Experience with complex fed environments, gov/contractor, multiple divisions & economic buyers.
  • History of ability to build and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve strategic and financial targets in the Federal Civilian sector and ideally within Health and Human Services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a culture of open communication and trust.
  • Ability to set ambitious goals and develop innovative strategies to achieve them within the Federal Civilian landscape.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal cross-functional partners and external stakeholders, including Federal Civilian agencies and organizations.

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • This role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's commission plan and it is common for employees in this role to receive total on-target earnings of $315,000 - $350,000. The estimated base salary for this role is $157,500 - $175,000.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s equity plan.


The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
