Job summary

The Lacek Group, part of Ogilvy, seeks an Account Executive in Minneapolis, MN for a hybrid role at the intersection of client service, content strategy, and execution.

You will plan, coordinate, and deliver campaigns using Jira-driven workflows across cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time delivery and quality. A bachelor’s in business/marketing and 3–6 years agency experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of project management experience in advertising or marketing.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Confluence.
• Agency experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning & setup with Client Services and technical leads.
• Manage end-to-end project execution and build deployment.
• Coordinate QA/testing and client UAT, and manage bug resolution.
• Oversee campaign deployment and go-live readiness in partnership with Client Services.
• Ensure adherence to standard PM processes and drive continuous improvement.
