Our Account Executive is accountable for:

  1. Developing business with both strategic, high-volume staffing accounts as well as high-margin, local businesses.
  2. Expanding and retaining existing customers, increasing market share and profitability, and achieving sales metrics.
  3. Building and developing proposals and pricing models.
  4. Providing strategic consultative support to customers, collaborating on solutions to meet client needs.
  5. Collaborating, networking, cultivating business development, and building relationships with key stakeholders and prospects, both internal and external.
  6. Demonstrating strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills with effective communication.
  7. Possessing current knowledge of competitive trends and market conditions to drive strategies and partnerships.

Seeking a minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience in staffing or a service industry, preferably in a B2B or outside sales capacity.

Position requires being on-site in a branch or office, with potential travel between locations.
