Position Overview

Our client, a leader in the print and promotional products industry, seeks an experienced Account Executive to join their growing team. This role involves selling print and promotional products to businesses and nonprofits, engaging with clients to understand their needs, presenting solutions, and managing projects from start to finish. The position requires collaboration with Department Heads and Customer Service, serving as the main liaison between clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop a deep understanding of company capabilities to enhance customer engagement and sales.
  2. Travel to meet clients and prospects, generate new business, and maintain existing accounts.
  3. Present products using samples, catalogs, or digital materials, emphasizing key features and benefits.
  4. Provide quotes, credit terms, and sales contracts.
  5. Estimate delivery timelines and manage customer expectations effectively.
  6. Maintain transaction and communication records in CRM systems.
  7. Manage client expectations proactively and resolve issues promptly.
  8. Represent the company at trade shows and industry events as needed.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the print and promotional products industry.
  • Proficiency with office technology including Excel and CRM systems.
  • Existing book of business is required.
Job Details
  • Location: East Coast – Remote; must be able to drive for client meetings.
  • Salary: Base + Uncapped Commissions (1st year OTE up to $165,000).
  • Employment Type: Full-Time.
  • Hours: M-F, 9am – 5pm ET.
  • Start Date: ASAP.
  • Travel: Typically day trips.
  • Sponsorship: Not available.
