What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive overall tissue volume growth in assigned regions, focusing on precision oncology diagnostics
- Execute Laboratory Service Agreements and facilitate pricing negotiations
- Present services and solutions to C-level executives within hospitals and pathology departments
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key healthcare professionals, including pathologists and oncologists
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and manage account pipelines via CRM
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of account management experience in pathology sales, diagnostics, lab services, or oncology-related roles
- In-depth knowledge of FFPE tissue-based NGS/CGP testing and pathology workflows
- Proven ability to influence clinical decision-makers with a customer-first mindset
- Demonstrated track record of delivering results in a consultative sales environment
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree or clinical/lab background is a plus
- Familiarity with pathology billing, reimbursement, and lab contracting
- Experience selling directly to pathologists
