Enterprise Account Executive - Southern Region

Remote in US

One Model is experiencing fast growth as a leading vendor in the growing people analytics space. We are seeking Account Executives to help drive One Model’s next stage of growth.

With customers and staff around the world, One Model offers a complete people analytics solution, including a cloud-hosted data warehousing platform and data visualization web app that enable companies to unlock the value of their HR data and use it to drive decision-making.

The opportunity

As an Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving our next stage of growth. You’ll own complex enterprise deals from end to end, working directly with HR, IT, procurement, and executive decision-makers. You’ll join a hungry, smart, and fast-moving team that values autonomy, creativity, and impact.

What you’ll work on
  • Prospect, qualify, and work new sales opportunities with a 4x funnel target.
  • Manage relationships with multiple influencers (technical individuals, business leaders, procurement, IT/security, and C-level executives) in a complex sale to close new deals.
  • Identify and understand prospects' challenges and requirements, then map them to the value and features of One Model.
  • Provide weekly pipeline and forecast updates through CRM and team/management discussions.
  • Use new technologies and creative tactics to communicate with prospects.
  • Stay updated on trends and issues in HR technologies and people analytics.
  • Share expertise and best practices with colleagues.
  • Provide feedback to colleagues in product management and marketing to continually enhance our products and create value for our customers.
About you
  • You have at least five years of B2B sales experience selling HR tech into large US-based enterprises.
  • You have a strong track record of winning new business and closing complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
  • You take an entrepreneurial approach to customer acquisition and account management.
  • You have meticulous attention to detail and project management skills to successfully lead a complex, multifaceted sales process.
  • You are fluent in CRMs like Hubspot and use sales tools intelligently.
  • You are a problem solver with the ability to proactively multitask and manage multiple customer accounts.
  • You have experience selling HCM, other HR software, or Analytics/BI solutions.
  • Existing relationships in the target market and personas (large enterprise HR leaders and people analytics teams) are assets.
  • You bring experience with formal sales methodologies like SPIN, Challenger, or Solution Selling.
  • You’re comfortable with travel within the US for key customer meetings and events, up to 25%.
  • You work with urgency, laugh easily, and know how to make things happen.
