Job summary

Eon, based in Minneapolis, MN, seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to drive the company’s growth by building and scaling sales from the ground up. You will develop relationships with target clients, pursue new business opportunities, and deliver exceptional service that elevates client value.

In this role, you’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, negotiate complex Enterprise SaaS deals, and collaborate with teams to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales experience, including at least 4 years in enterprise sales.
• Proven success in prospecting and identifying new leads.
• Experience closing deals, particularly in Enterprise SaaS.
• Build trust and long-term partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
• Passionate about acquiring new business and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong experience negotiating complex deals with win-win outcomes.
