What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Sign new logos within the French market as part of the Account Executive team
- Lead opportunities from demonstration to closing and respond to requests for proposals
- Build and maintain a solid network with HR and training decision-makers
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to close deals and meet quarterly targets
- Contribute as a subject-matter expert on the platform and improve the sales playbook
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the SaaS industry or strategy consulting
- Proven experience performing complex software/platform demonstrations
- Strong ability to establish trusting relationships with key decision-makers
- Excellent active listening skills and a collaborative team player attitude
- Native proficiency in French and English (level B2 or equivalent)
