Account Executive – Men’s & Women’s Apparel

Job Overview:

Seeking a driven and strategic Account Executive to oversee and grow our men’s and women’s apparel business across both wholesale and direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels. Reporting directly to the CEO, this individual will manage key retail relationships, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow key wholesale accounts and DTC channels, ensuring sales targets and margin goals are met.
• Develop and execute seasonal sales strategies aligned with company objectives and customer needs.
• Partner with internal teams—including design, production, and marketing—to ensure product assortments and timelines align with customer expectations.
• Analyze sales performance and market trends to recommend product and pricing strategies.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing communications, line presentations, order entry, and follow-up.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts directly to the CEO.
• Identify and pursue new account opportunities across department stores, specialty retailers, and e-commerce.
• Attend market appointments, trade shows, and key meetings as needed.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in apparel sales/account management, with exposure to both men’s and women’s categories.
• Experience working across wholesale and DTC channels.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with proficiency in Excel and order management systems.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
• Experience reporting to senior leadership or C-level executives is a plus.
