Description

As the Account Executive for Life Sciences & Med Tech, you will own the account relationship across all Verily offerings, managing the sales process to bring Verily’s solutions to existing and new clients in these sectors. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, organization structure, and buying patterns; developing deep relationships; collaborating with Verily Technical Sales and Customer Success teams; and being responsible for bookings and revenue. You will work cross-functionally within Verily and with Solutions Delivery and Implementation teams. Flexibility, agility, and a focus on growth are essential to establish Verily as a premier solution for precision health.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, focusing on transformational outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Technical Sales teams throughout the sales process, including presenting value propositions, addressing needs, negotiating, and closing contracts.
  • Leverage knowledge of client organizational structures to identify new business opportunities.
  • Gather feedback on pricing, market challenges, innovation, and competition; hold responsibility for bookings and revenue.
  • Collaborate internally to meet personal, team, and company goals.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field, plus 15+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales or business development, focusing on SaaS, Real World Data, or services.
  • Deep understanding of life science and MedTech companies.
  • Experience selling complex solutions and generating significant revenue.
  • Highly consultative, hands-on, and collaborative approach.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with complex, technical software and multi-stakeholder processes.
  • Ability to work proactively and adapt quickly.
  • Positive attitude, entrepreneurial mindset, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Alignment with Verily’s purpose of bringing precision health to all.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace applications.

Applicants must not require employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future in the US.

The US base salary range is $140,000 - $198,000 plus bonus and benefits. Salary ranges are role, level, and location-dependent. Your recruiter will share specifics during hiring.
