What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the entire sales cycle from securing requests to closing deals with health insurance brokers
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients and broker partnerships
- Oversee the annual renewal process for existing accounts
- Identify and develop cross-selling opportunities within the assigned territory
- Stay informed about market trends and industry standards related to US healthcare and sales

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance sales
- Ability to obtain a Life & Health insurance license in the state of residence
- Excellent communication and listening skills to identify client needs and close sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or employee benefits
- Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving
- Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
