A staffing solution company in California is seeking an Account Executive focused on MRO-related sales. The role requires 2+ years of outside and industrial sales experience, with a daily travel requirement across a 50-70 mile territory. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and will benefit from a commission structure that includes guaranteed earnings for the first four months. This position fosters a team-oriented culture and focuses on developing customer relationships.

This position travels daily across a 50-70 mile territory. Sells products with a focus on MRO (Maintenance Repair Operations) related supplies and services. Account Executives sell these tools directly to end users (B2B), with accounts ranging in size from national accounts of over $1 million in revenue to small mom and pop shops.
This position also receives commission. The commission structure for this role has a base salary along with 2-tier commission. The 1st four months of base and commission are guaranteed. There is no cap on 2nd tier commission.
