Jobber helps small home service businesses quote, schedule, invoice, and collect payments from their customers, delivering a professional customer experience. Our Sales team understands who our customers are, what their businesses do, and how Jobber can help them succeed. They are passionate about sales, customers, and our purpose. The team focuses on helping small businesses be more successful and supports growth through regular coaching, feedback, and development from peers and leaders.
Reporting to the Manager, Inbound Sales, the Account Executive will develop relationships and trust with small businesses as we help them power the world of mobile services. Our sales process is quick but highly consultative, and helping customers understand the value and efficiency Jobber provides is paramount.

Shift information
We aim to provide coverage across all open hours. The role requires non-standard shifts, with options including Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday, during daytime hours. Training and ongoing support will be provided to ensure coverage aligns with business needs.
Compensation
Jobber offers a transparent compensation structure. The base salary is $50,000 with a target on-target earnings (OTE) of $80,000 composed of a $50,000 base salary and $30,000 in uncapped commissions, paid monthly. The OTE is part of a broader total compensation package that includes equity rewards, annual health and wellness stipends, retirement matching, and comprehensive extended health coverage.
