Job description

The Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth and attaining quota by identifying, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities. The scope of this job includes opportunity identification, forecasting, sales execution, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify semi-complex sales opportunities by calling on small to mid-sized prospects and clients.
  • Focus primarily on high volume and transactional sales opportunities and participate in strategic selling conversations and client demos in partnership with applicable sales leader(s) as requested.
  • Generate opportunities and leads through prospecting, networking, and marketing.
  • Demonstrate the value propositions of WellSky's offerings and services and communicates that to different types of clients.
  • Track, maintain, and report sales pipeline, opportunities, and contact information in Salesforce.
  • Participate in reoccurring forecasting meetings with sales management.
  • Achieve quarterly goals related to lead generation, pipeline management, and quota attainment set by WellSky.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare sales experience

Job Expectations:

  • Willing to travel up to 50% based on business needs
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
