Position Overview

The Account Executive - Advanced Hemostasis and Healing will:

  • Own the full range of Ethicon surgical devices and solutions, focusing on hemostasis and wound closure platforms.
  • Sell surgical solutions to surgeons and hospital decision-makers in an operating room setting.
  • Manage a designated sales territory, focusing on specific physicians and hospital institutions.
  • Achieve sales forecasts within assigned accounts/territory.
  • Set priorities and make sound business decisions based on sales opportunities.
  • Understand and demonstrate proper use of products to clinicians.
  • Manage customer questions and objections effectively.
  • Execute the sales cycle professionally, ethically, and in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Conduct sales presentations and analyze market data for business planning.
  • Build strong customer relationships and conduct educational seminars as appropriate.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 1 year of relevant medical sales or healthcare experience with a proven track record of meeting sales objectives.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in hospital-based pharmaceutical or medical device sales, especially in operating room settings.
  • Ability to develop new markets and collaborate effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent time management and planning skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
Additional Information

This position offers a salary range of $67,000 to $108,100, with additional benefits including a company vehicle, health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
