Location: Field Remote (Atlanta, Georgia or South Carolina)

Your Impact

As an Account Executive, you'll be the face of HOKA to our retail partners-cultivating relationships, delivering strategic growth, and ensuring our brand is represented with excellence. You'll be responsible for:

  • Driving Sales & Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by maximizing productivity of existing accounts and identifying new distribution opportunities aligned with HOKA's strategic goals.
  • Building Relationships: Serve as a trusted partner to buyers, store teams, and internal stakeholders across merchandising, logistics, and marketing.
  • Strategic Planning: Lead seasonal forecasting, range planning, and sell-in strategies that fuel long-term success.
  • Account Management: Own the full 360° account experience-from forecasting and order management to sell-through analysis and profitability.
  • Championing the Brand: Represent HOKA with passion and purpose, ensuring our values and vision are reflected in every interaction.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of wholesale experience in a regionally based role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for budgeting and forecasting.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and a collaborative spirit.
  • Ability to travel extensively and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
