Qualifications

Job description

The Santa Cruz Warriors are looking for an Account Executive to elevate our group outing and fan experiences at Kaiser Permanente Arena. This role’s primary goal is to generate revenue through group experiences and outings by working closely with organizations and community leaders in and around Santa Cruz County. This position will report to the Director, Ticket Sales and Service.

This is a full-time position onsite based in Santa Cruz, CA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed 45 outbound calls per day by actively pursuing new business
  • Conduct business meetings with existing and new clients
  • Meticulously maintain records of all group ticket customers
  • Provide memorable service to clients, current and new
  • Available to work all Santa Cruz Warriors home games to execute fan experiences
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
  • Other duties as assigned
Required Experience & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business/sports management, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum one year of sales experience with proven records, preferably within the sports and entertainment industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service and resolution skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with external and internal constituents
  • Ability to balance multiple projects at once in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule (nights and weekends required)
Physical Demands
  • Able to push/pull/carry and lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Able to climb stairs and sit/turn/bend/stand for long periods of time
Compensation
  • $16.82 per hour + Bonus + Commission
