A staffing solutions company is seeking an Account Executive for Government to secure new government client work orders. This remote position involves building client relationships, conducting lead generation, and meeting sales targets. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of relevant sales experience, particularly in the staffing or healthcare industries. A solid understanding of government procurement processes is required.
The Account Executive, Government is responsible for securing new government client work orders for personnel placement and working closely with the Management Team to enhance business development processes. This role focuses on expanding the revenue portfolio by identifying and closing new work orders. The Account Executive must demonstrate professionalism, adhere to company policies, and ensure that all actions align with the company’s standards and reputation. This position reports to the VP of Business Development.

Salary Range:$58,300 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience and geographic location.
Please note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements, and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds.
Other Compensation:This position is eligible for commissions and a bonus plan, subject to the terms of the plan.
