Bravado represents a privately-held Field Service Management SaaS company that grew its revenue by 70% in 2024 and has dozens of sterling reviews on Capterra and GetApp (4.8 / 5.0 average rating).

This 5-employee firm, which has been operating profitably since 2015, is seeking an Account Executive to close $30k to $60k ARR deals with Mid-Market companies in transportation, logistics, construction, and distribution. You will work from your home office and report to the CEO.

Role

* Individual contributor role, working from your home office (EST time zone preferred).

* $75k to $90k+ base, commensurate with previous performance. OTE is $150k to $180k, and the comp plan is uncapped and includes accelerators.

* Healthcare coverage (Medical and Dental) and flexible PTO round out the plan.

* We’re seeking top-performing SaaS AEs with 2 to 4 years of high-performance sales experience.

About the Role

We’re seeking a founding Account Executive with a true hunter mentality and a track record of full-cycle SaaS sales success. This is a strategic and entrepreneurial role for a motivated sales professional who thrives in outbound prospecting and consultative selling environments. You’ll be responsible for identifying high-potential accounts, running the entire sales process from outreach to close, and building deep relationships with customers.

This is a remote-first position with flexibility and autonomy—ideal for someone who is disciplined, process-driven, and passionate about building from the ground up. As one of the first AEs on the team, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our sales culture and will have a clear path to future sales leadership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to close across SMB and mid-market accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic outbound campaigns to identify new business opportunities
  • Conduct effective discovery to understand customer pain points, align solutions, and communicate differentiated value
  • Deliver compelling product demos that showcase how iMarq streamlines field operations and drives measurable ROI
  • Collaborate with Marketing and SDR teams to convert inbound interest into qualified pipeline
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term account growth
  • Consistently meet or exceed your revenue quota through disciplined forecasting and pipeline management
  • Track all sales activities and maintain accurate CRM hygiene using HubSpot and associated tools

What We’re Looking For

  • 2 to 4+ years of quota-carrying experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong preference for mid-market focus
  • Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting, pipeline development, and closing net-new business
  • Strong business acumen and ability to lead C-level conversations across both technical and operational stakeholders
  • Proven ability to map product features to customer needs and clearly articulate ROI and business value
  • Experience selling into verticals such as transportation, logistics, utilities, or energy is highly desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executives and technical teams alike
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with a process-oriented mindset
  • Proficient with modern sales tools, including HubSpot, Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and related platforms
