This 5-employee firm, which has been operating profitably since 2015, is seeking an Account Executive to close $30k to $60k ARR deals with Mid-Market companies in transportation, logistics, construction, and distribution. You will work from your home office and report to the CEO.

Role
* Individual contributor role, working from your home office (EST time zone preferred).
* $75k to $90k+ base, commensurate with previous performance. OTE is $150k to $180k, and the comp plan is uncapped and includes accelerators.
* Healthcare coverage (Medical and Dental) and flexible PTO round out the plan.
* We’re seeking top-performing SaaS AEs with 2 to 4 years of high-performance sales experience.
* You’ll be selling to senior leaders in Maintenance, Operations, Fleet, and Compliance.
* You’re a builder. You get excited about the idea of starting from the ground up and building a strong foundation for years to come.
* When we get prospects to the demo stage, they are leaning forward. This is an evangelical sale with clear differentiators. We have a 1% lifetime customer churn rate!

About the Role
We’re seeking a founding Account Executive with a true hunter mentality and a track record of full-cycle SaaS sales success. This is a strategic and entrepreneurial role for a motivated sales professional who thrives in outbound prospecting and consultative selling environments. You’ll be responsible for identifying high-potential accounts, running the entire sales process from outreach to close, and building deep relationships with customers.
This is a remote-first position with flexibility and autonomy—ideal for someone who is disciplined, process-driven, and passionate about building from the ground up. As one of the first AEs on the team, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our sales culture and will have a clear path to future sales leadership opportunities.
