Key Responsibilities

Client Development & Relationship Management

• Engage with both new and existing clients to understand their executive hiring needs.
• Design and execute tailored recruitment strategies that align with each client’s business objectives.
  
  

Executive Search & Talent Acquisition

• Identify, engage, and recruit high-caliber executive candidates through strategic outreach, industry networking, and personalized relationship-building.
  
  

Consultative Sales

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, guiding them through every stage of the search process—from discovery to placement.
• Leverage your sales acumen to drive win-win outcomes and build lasting partnerships.
  
  

Relationship Building & Networking

• Cultivate a strong network of industry professionals, staying actively engaged to uncover new business and talent opportunities.
  
  

Pipeline & Process Management

• Maintain a healthy pipeline of clients and candidates, ensuring consistent, high-quality communication and follow-through.
  
  

Negotiation & Deal Closure

• Lead offer negotiations to ensure successful, long-term placements that meet the expectations of both clients and candidates.
  
  

Performance & Results

Qualifications

Experience
