Description

As a Sales Executive, Europe & NATO, you will drive business development and close new opportunities in the defence and intelligence (D&I) sectors across Europe and NATO countries. Your role will focus on establishing and strengthening HE360's engagement with European MODs, NATO organizations, and EU agencies, ensuring our solutions meet their strategic and operational needs.



Location: This position will work remotely in Europe with up to 30% travel.


As the Account Executive, Europe & NATO, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Develop and execute HE360's strategy for engaging with EU institutions, NATO commands, European MODs, and intelligence agencies.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including:

    • EU agencies (e.g., Frontex, EMSA, EUSPA, SATCEN, EDA).

    • European MODs and intelligence agencies.

    • NATO organizations, commands, and agencies (e.g., SHAPE, ACT, NCIA, NATO Regional Commands).



  • Identify and manage RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs, ensuring HE360's successful participation - either directly or through European partners.

  • Lead targeted sales campaigns, working closely with HE360's leadership, product, and technical teams.

  • Oversee ongoing projects, ensuring seamless collaboration with NATO, EU, and government partners.

  • Manage risk, budget tracking, and project planning throughout bid and delivery phases.

  • Drive HE360's participation in NATO studies, military exercises, and standardization efforts.

  • Identify key industry events HE360 should attend, set objectives, and track outcomes.

  • Develop an engagement plan for senior decision-makers and political stakeholders, coordinating interactions with HE360's leadership team.


Your skills and qualifications:

Essential education and experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Aerospace, Electrical, Telecommunications Engineering, Remote Sensing, Signal Processing, Data Science, or related disciplines) or equivalent experience

  • Proven experience closing multi-million-dollar, multi-year contracts with European MODs, intelligence agencies, EU agencies, and/or NATO.

  • Expertise in long sales cycles and high-value defence deals, requiring constant end-user engagement.

  • Strong understanding of NATO, EU organizations, and European MODs, with prior experience engaging these entities.

  • Deep domain knowledge in aerospace, defence, military, or intelligence sectors.

  • Technical understanding of ELINT, COMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, and remote sensing technologies.

  • Ability to discuss technology and the TCPED process in-depth, effectively communicating HE360's value proposition.

  • Familiar with ITAR and EAR regulations

  • EU citizen with a valid EU passport.

  • Willingness and ability to travel (up to 30%) to engage with customers, partners, and NATO/EU stakeholders.

  • Fluent in English and at least one additional European language (German and/or French preferred).


Base Salary Range: $180,000 - $220,000 (USD) annually plus comissions

We consider many factors when determining salary offers, such as candidate's work experience, education, training & skills, as well as market and business considerations. We are also open to considering candidates with experience and qualifications at a different level than required in a job posting, which may affect the compensation package offered.
