Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel is seeking an Enterprise Sales Manager to build influential relationships with key partners and senior-level contacts, showcasing Amex GBT’s travel software and services. This role is individual contributor with a focus on closing new business and managing full sales cycles.

You will develop deep product knowledge, deliver persuasive data-driven presentations, and collaborate with implementation teams to onboard new customers, while meeting or exceeding

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B consultative selling experience in travel and/or technology (SaaS)
• Drive full-cycle sales for high-value enterprise accounts with multi-stakeholder engagement
• Proven sales achievements and target overachievement
• Experience managing end-to-end sales cycle for deals
• Tech-savvy with CRM, pipeline, proposal management tools
• Strong prospecting and prioritization skills
• Willingness to travel 25-50% and work remotely

Responsibilities

• Deliver data-driven presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and RFIs/RFPs to executives

As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you’ll establish influential relationships with key partners and senior-level contacts, demonstrating the value of Amex GBT’s suite of business travel software and services. This is an individual contributor role.

What You’ll Do

• Actively and aggressively prospect; conduct deep discovery with key decision makers to understand their needs
• Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of Amex GBT's core products, solutions, and customization capabilities, their value, and differentiation compared to the market
• Showcase our competitive advantages and value proposition by delivering compelling, data driven presentations, demonstrations, proposals and RFIs/RFPs to executive level audiences
• Grow Amex GBT's portfolio and revenue through contract negotiation and closing net new business
• Ensure a smooth and coordinated client experience by onboarding new customers in partnership with implementation team
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales goals and transaction targets while always acting with integrity
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive new sales
• Maintain accurate records, document value, and respond to prospects’ questions

What We’re Looking For

• at least 5 years of B2B consultative selling experience in the travel and/or technology (SaaS) world
• Drive full-cycle sales for high-value enterprise accounts, handling complex deal progression and multiple stakeholder engagement over extended timeframes
• Proven sales achievements, and consistently exceeds targets
• Managing the entire sales cycle for deals
• Tech-savvy, and able to effectively use industry standard tools (CRM, pipeline management, proposal management, and sales enablement tools)
• Strong prospecting and prioritization skills
• Driven and dedicated to exceeding goalsAble to quickly adapt to different situations
• Sophisticated analytical and financial skills
• Tenacious networker who loves establishing, maintaining, and expanding business relationships with all seniority levels
• Able to travel 25-50% of the time, and work remotely

The US national base salary range for this position is from

$88,200.00 - $163,800.00

The national range provided includes the base salary that Amex GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.

In addition to base salary, the anticipated range of which is posted above, this role is eligible for a sales incentive plan based on specific sales' roles.
