About the RoleWe're expanding across Europe—and as we grow our reach in the Mediterranean region, we're looking for entrepreneurial individuals ready to make a mark. The role to be based in either Madrid or Barcelona.
We're hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to lead our growth across the Mediterranean region, with a focus on Southern European and adjacent markets. This is a first field hire for your country, meaning you’ll operate with high autonomy, helping to establish Notion’s presence and build long-term customer relationships from the ground up.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, and be the voice of the market internally. If you’re passionate about bringing modern collaboration and SaaS consolidation to large enterprises—and thrive in ownership-driven environments—this role is for you.
