3C Software in Atlanta, GA is hiring an Account Executive to sell ImpactECS into $500M-$5B+ manufacturers and distributors. You will prospect new accounts, build a multi-threaded buying committee, and manage enterprise deals from discovery to close.
Reporting to the CRO, you’ll own your territory, forecast with discipline, and partner with delivery and customer success to ensure a seamless handoff. Expect a challenging, quota-driven role with access to leadership decisions and a high-growth path.
Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer|Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
3C Software helps finance and operations teams understand costs, analyze profitability, and make better decisions across the business. Its ImpactECS platform connects data across systems, models how costs behave, and turns complex cost structures into clear, actionable insight. Companies use ImpactECS to analyze profitability by product, customer, and channel, uncover cost drivers across the value chain, and evaluate scenarios with confidence. Customers like Tyson Foods, Shaw Industries, Georgia-Pacific, AMD, Micron, Renesas, and WestRock rely on ImpactECS for some of their most consequential financial and operational decisions. The result: finance and operations leaders who can stop guessing and start acting on numbers they trust.
3C Software is hiring an Account Executive to sell ImpactECS - our enterprise costing and profitability platform - into the manufacturers and distributors who need it most. This is a build-your-own-territory seat: you’ll be prospecting into net-new accounts, not inheriting a book. This is not a high-velocity, single-threaded sale. Our target customers are $500M-$5B+ revenue manufacturers and distributors with divergent costing processes, running SAP, Oracle, Infor, or Microsoft ERPs, typically with a dedicated costing team already in place. Deals run $50K to $1M+ in annual contract value, and closing one means navigating a real buying committee: an Economic Buyer (CFO, VP Finance, or Controller), a Technical Champion, a Power User-Evaluator, a Technical Gatekeeper, and a Catalyst.
You will report to the CRO, with real access to leadership decisions that a fully-staffed sales org wouldn’t typically give a new AE.
This is an individual-contributor role with quota accountability from day one, not a ramp-up seat. You’re also the first hire under this profile - how you build your book and run your territory becomes the template for the Account Executives who come after you.
This seat is part of a broader company-wide growth plan already underway. 3C has brought on new executive leadership, including the CRO & CGO, to build out the go-to-market team - and you’d be the first Account Executive hire on the sales org they’re assembling. That comes with a direct line to the CRO and visibility into decisions most new AEs at a more built-out company would never see this early.
You’ll own your territory, not a shared queue. As the first Account Executive under this profile, you’ll have real autonomy over how you build your book - and a direct line to the CRO.
You’re selling into some of the largest, most complex manufacturers and distributors in the world. $50K to $1M+ ACV, against companies like Tyson Foods, Shaw Industries, Georgia-Pacific, AMD, Micron, Renesas, and WestRock - this isn’t a portfolio of small logos with simple problems.
The company is stable and founder-led. 3C Software has been profitable and independent for 37 years. The people who built ImpactECS are still here and still involved. That stability is rare in enterprise software.
