Job summary

Kotis Design, LLC is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth within existing enterprise portfolios. This fully remote role covers select US states and focuses on expanding relationships across departments, adding value with Kotis programs from gifting to portals.

You'll own 25–35 enterprise accounts, travel ~8–12 times per year, and leverage HubSpot/Outreach to manage pipelines. Base salary 90–100K with bonus potential.

If you’re the type who thrives on building relationships and expanding your reach, then we’re looking for you! Kotis is hiring a dynamic Enterprise Account Executive to supercharge growth within our current accounts. You’ll not only nurture and expand existing relationships but also uncover golden opportunities within our enterprise accounts that are just waiting to be explored. Own a portfolio of approximately 25–35 Enterprise accounts.

Work closely with existing Growth accounts to identify areas where Kotis products and services (employee programs, events, gifting, uniforms, portals, fulfillment, etc.) can add additional value, help them meet their goals, and bring the fun.

• Pursue new business opportunities within existing Enterprise accounts by finding and selling to new departments and contacts across Marketing, HR, Events, Sales, Community, Procurement, and other teams.
• Re-engage former customers and dormant Enterprise accounts where Kotis has an existing relationship but little or no current business, driving revenue growth through stakeholder development, new buying groups, and expanded organizational penetration.
• Leverage leads and insights from internal teams like Sales Operations, Customer Success Managers, Creative Project Managers.
• Effectively use provided lead generation tools and software.
• Utilize social and professional networking to generate prospects.
• Virtual and on-site prospect visits.
• Actively manage and monitor your sales pipeline to consistently exceed KPIs.

2+ years’ experience using sales automation tools (ex. HubSpot, Outreach).

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Organized enough to manage a portfolio of accounts without allowing opportunities to go untouched.
• Experience managing communication and pipelines through a CRM.
• Strong PC Skills (proficient in Microsoft Office programs).
• Travel required, approximately 8-12 trips yearly.

90-100K annual base depending on years of relevant experience, plus bonus potential.
