Account Executive EAST CCaaS/CX required

8x8 is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive (AE) that has a successful track record in the field selling SaaS solutions. You will be placed at the forefront of our evolution and tasked with driving and executing 8x8's enterprise market. As an integral part of our enterprise business, you will be tasked with understanding the communications needs of large-scale customers and designing solutions to meet their unique business needs.

Responsibilities:

  1. You’ll become the resident expert on 8x8 services and will sell new enterprise business customers to our cloud UC/CC communications solution.
  2. Prospect new business and partner with the sales development representative (SDR) to build out qualified leads.
  3. You will develop a strong understanding of key differentiators, internal/external systems, sales methodologies, and processes.
  4. Close deals – involved with all aspects of deals including price and term negotiations and management of the entire sales cycle (drive revenue within a specific region).
  5. Ongoing Partner Support – establish and maintain strong relationships with regional channel partners.

Requirements:

  1. 4+ years of solution-based enterprise-level selling required - SaaS.
  2. Must have experience selling cloud contact center software.
  3. Ability to generate pipeline directly (A proven sales hunter and closer).
  4. Proven experience working successfully with a wide range of channel partners.
  5. Demonstrated experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiating win-win agreements based on value-based selling while consistently meeting and exceeding quota.
  6. Outside/field selling experience required; willingness to travel to customer sites regularly.
  7. Skilled with creating and delivering presentations, online web demos, and remote sales processes.
  8. Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to convey and relate ideas to others.
  9. Vibrant, energetic attitude, with drive and a willingness to perform.
  10. Proficiency using SalesForce.com.

The compensation range reflects the Company’s good faith belief at the time of posting. 8x8 has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role; the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate’s primary work location.

Salary Ranges: $173,250.00 - $288,750.00
