Job Summary

Our client is seeking an Account Executive to join their team driving sales of our cutting-edge bike parking solutions. This role focuses on relationship management, business development, and closing deals, primarily targeting real estate developers, especially those in multifamily housing, as well as commercial developers, municipalities, and government agencies

Job Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers (primarily multifamily housing), commercial developers, municipalities, and government agencies. Follow up on warm leads generated by the inside sales team and convert them into long-term partnerships. Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand the client base within the target markets. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales cycle. Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and quotes to meet client needs. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments, particularly in Division 10 specialties. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications: 3-5+ years of experience selling building materials, preferably Division 10 products, to real estate developers or commercial developers Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships while consistently closing deals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently. Knowledge of bike parking solutions, sustainable infrastructure, or urban development is a plus. Valid driver's license & ability to travel within assigned territory
