We’re starting with software for private lenders—the heartbeat of today’s deal pipeline—because it serves our own lending operations and gives us day-one product–market fit.

WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS

We need one person who can win new revenue and pipe fresh customer insights to our China-based product team. Your day splits between closing business and translating user pain points into clear, data-backed product signals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Drive revenue (~70 %)

  • Build pipeline through targeted outbound, warm referrals, and industry events.
  • Work with marketing and design to craft sales/demo materials.

Champion the customer voice (~30 %)

  • Learn our lending operations, private-credit market dynamics, and how every team uses Corepass day-to-day.
  • Shadow users to spot friction first-hand and back findings with data.
  • Communicate with Chinese product team on customer needs and pain points to influence product direction.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • 2–4 years sales experience (industry flexible; software or fintech a plus).
  • Conversational Mandarin speaking and fluent English; written Chinese is a nice-to-have.
  • Strong prospecting, product demonstration, objection-handling, and negotiation chops.
  • Comfortable with any modern CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce).
  • Success working across time zones or remote teams.

SCHEDULE & LOCATION

  • Hours: 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. PT, with a hard 5-6 p.m. China overlap.
  • Office: Menlo Park, five days a week.

COMPENSATION

  • On-target earnings (base plus commission and bonuses): $140,000 to $180,000.
