Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in software or SaaS sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Experience selling into wealth management or financial services (RIAs, family offices, private banks).
  • Proven ability to run a structured end-to-end sales process (discovery, demo, close).
  • Comfortable engaging VP and C-suite stakeholders in financial services firms.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce for pipeline and activity management.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory plan to identify, qualify, and close new business within named accounts (RIAs, Family Offices, Multi-Family Offices).
  • Own the full sales cycle from outreach through demo, negotiation, and close.
  • Prospect aggressively and build a pipeline via outbound, referrals, events, and inbound leads.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations linking Addepar’s platform to customer challenges.
  • Engage VP/C-suite stakeholders and maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce.
  • Partner with Pre-sales and Client Success for smooth handoffs and strong client onboarding.
  • Represent Addepar at industry events and meetings (40-50% travel).

The Role

We are currently seeking an Account Executive to join our Sales Team! We are looking for a superstar to add to our ever-expanding team. We are seeking an experienced, quota-carrying sales performer who is looking to help grow Addepar to be the financial platform for the Finance Industry. The Account Executive will be responsible for growing new ARR for large RIAs’, Multi-Family Offices and Private Banks.

Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.

The current range for this role is $108,000 - $120,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute a territory plan to identify, qualify, and close new business within a named account list of RIAs, Family Offices, and Multi-Family offices (up to $1.5B in Assets under management)
  • Own the full sales cycle on deals from initial outreach and discovery through demo, proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Aggressively prospect and build a pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, events, and inbound lead follow-up
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations that connect Addepar’s platform capabilities to each prospect’s specific operational challenges
  • Engage decision-makers at the VP and C-suite level, including COOs, CTOs, and firm principals
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecast in Salesforce, with consistent hygiene and timely updates
  • Partner with Pre-sales and Client Success to engage smooth handoffs and a strong client experience through onboarding
  • Represent Addepar at industry events, conferences, and prospect meetings (40-50% travel expected)
Who You Are
  • 4+years of experience in software or SaaS sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota
