Job Overview

As an Account Executive, Client Relationship Management & Acquisition sales professional, you will manage a portfolio of Fortune 1000 accounts to achieve long-term success. Your responsibilities include developing positive relationships with clients, creating a long-term account plan, identifying white-space opportunities that address our customers' business problems, and ultimately protecting and growing revenue within your accounts. This role is field-based, involving setting and running customer sales appointments, and working cross-functionally to sell and service our customers.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Develop an account plan strategy to maintain and grow business by understanding the account's market position, products/services, points of differentiation, and the competitive landscape.
  2. Monitor, share, and act on sales metrics specific to each customer.
  3. Build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels within the account and identify business problems that our solutions can address.
  4. Meet regularly with clients and partners to develop strategies and outcomes, build relationships, establish Executive Business Councils (EBCs), attend trade shows and industry events to network and build relationships.
  5. Stay proactively connected to accounts and the market to identify new opportunities and ensure all stakeholders are engaged effectively.
  6. Manage account input and feedback for projects, including outcomes and timelines.
  7. Coordinate internally to translate customer needs and act as an escalation point for resolution of customer issues.
Education
  • High School Diploma / GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
Work Experience
  • 4-7 years of B2B Field Sales experience, preferably with Fortune 1000 accounts (Required)
  • 2-4 years of Telecom, Software, or Technology experience (Required)

  • Business Planning: Ability to work independently and manage personal and team deliverables and deadlines (Required)

Licenses and Certifications
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
Additional Details

Travel is required for this role. The position is not DOT regulated or safety-sensitive.

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $115,900 - $209,100, including incentives. The base pay range is $69,540 - $125,460. Actual pay will depend on location, qualifications, and experience.
