Your Role at Baxter

As an Account Executive, you will represent Baxter's products, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and drive sales in your territory. You will be the primary contact for physicians and hospital staff, promoting our solutions and gathering feedback to inform team strategies.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a territory business plan.
  2. Promote and sell BardyDx’s core products and services.
  3. Build relationships with healthcare providers across various specialties.
  4. Spend significant time in the field promoting products.
  5. Understand customer needs and develop solutions.
  6. Manage business expenses ethically.
  7. Train staff and physicians on product usage and billing codes.
  8. Travel within the territory, with up to 90% local travel and some overnight stays.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2+ years B2B sales experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in medical device or diagnostic sales highly preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range: $68,000 - $156,000 plus commissions. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), stock purchase plan, paid time off, and more.
