Overview

Our client is a unique and rapidly growing cloud-based mobile platform for managing complex construction activity in the field. The Platform connects the full construction workforce with the supply chain in real-time enabling the efficient management of highly dynamic environments. The platform incorporates scheduling, live tracking, safety processes, and valuable data collection and analysis for optimization of projects and future planning.

Post the rollout of the first version of Client's scheduling board on Sydney's tallest residential skyscraper construction project in 2018, the platform has been adopted by all leading top tier builders in Australia and New Zealand and is now growing into the US market.

We are now hiring talent to join our well-funded, fast-growing tech business with a strong, experiencedteam.

The Role

As an Account Executive focused on the Construction market, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client\'s presence across the U.S. ecosystem. This is a full-cycle sales role, where you will be responsible for closing existing pipeline opportunities, generating new business, and building strong, lasting relationships with key players in the sector.

In this role, you will report to our VP of Sales and work closely with our broader commercial team to drive adoption of our platform in the construction industry, positioning us as the trusted partner for efficient and safe jobsite operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to presenting solutions and closing deals.
  • Build and grow relationships with General Contractors, and Construction Firms.
  • Drive pipeline growth by converting leads into long-term partnerships and uncovering new opportunities in the construction space.
  • Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales and internal teams to shape go-to-market strategy and refine product-market fit for U.S. clients.
  • Stay on top of market trends, competitive activity, and client needs, sharing insights to inform strategic direction.
Ideal Profile
  • You have at least 4 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record in closing SaaS, construction technology, or enterprise solution deals.
  • Proven track record of selling to General Contractors, and Construction Firms is highly desirable.
  • You have a solid hunter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and hit sales targets.
  • You have managed complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and can negotiate at the enterprise level.
  • You have excellent communication, and presentation skills, and can influence decision-makers effectively.
  • We are looking for a go-getter with the drive to build new markets and the discipline to work independently.
