Job summary

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive digital marketing solutions for small businesses in a hybrid work environment. You will cold-call, assess client needs, and deliver compelling presentations to grow your book of business.

Base salary is $63,000 with uncapped commission and monthly bonuses. Year 1 on-target earnings around $108,000, with Year 2 targets $115k–$135k depending on performance. Training spans 3 weeks classroom and 9 weeks field.
