Job description

We are looking for an Account Executive to join the White Sales team. Our primary responsibility is developing and selling our products in the United States and Europe.

Who are we?

White Sales — a sales management consulting firm founded in 2009 in Kyiv.

The market — Ukraine, Europe, and the USA.

Mission — Good should sell more.

Why "white"? We dislike solutions and methods that negatively affect clients or salespeople. We created a "blacklist" for all bad practices in sales and developed a "white" methodology that is friendly and effective, forming the core of our approach.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Conducting the complete sales cycle: from initial inquiry to payment and service delivery results.
  • Communicating with customers. We prefer warm leads; cold calls are not part of our approach. You will speak with owners and C-level managers.
  • Analyzing client needs and preparing detailed proposals with clear deadlines.
  • Recording all activities and results in the CRM transparently.
  • Generating ideas for company and product development.
